Delivery Information

We offer a Pallet Drop Delivery across the entire UK covering every zone 1 to 6 which is Free of charge. Pallet Courier deliver within 48 hours of dispatch. KERB SIDE DELIVERY Only.

Zone 7 areas can still have delivery to some areas but will require you to phone us for a quote on a delivery price.

Gravity Range is dispatched in approx 4 weeks – please enquire for lead time before ordering.

Office Chairs are dispatched direct from our manufacturers within 7 working days although on occasion, some products have an extended lead time and it’s advisable to contact us to confirm before placing your order.

We do try our best to keep stock levels topped up, but in the event of a delay we will always contact you to keep you updated, or discuss other options.

Next Day Delivery Desks

Delivery for our next day desks (HD & Solis range) is free of charge to mainland UK excluding the highlands and Northern Ireland.

Orders received before 3pm for HD & Lunar range will be processed the same day with our carrier (TNT) on their 24 hour service for delivery the next working day anytime between 8.00am – 6.00pm.

Orders received before 1pm for Solis range will be processed the same day with our carrier (TNT) on their 24 hour service for delivery the next working day anytime between 8.00am – 6.00pm.

Multiple desks are sent out on our pallet network

This does mean that there are a very small number of deliveries that could be delayed by a day or two. We are also experiencing a very small number of partial deliveries, as the desktops rely on manual handling impacted by staffing levels at the sortation hubs.

If you receive a partial delivery, the missing part will be delivered the next day (in most cases this is automatically implemented by our carrier)

Deliveries & Installation

We also offer a delivery & installation for all our Next Day Delivery Desks – contact us for details for this service.

Our warehouse is open Monday – Friday, so all orders placed after 1pm (Solis Range) and 3pm (HD Range) on Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
