Returns & Refund Policy
The HADO returns policy is 14 days from your delivery of your purchase and once 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund under any circumstances.
Items wishing to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note goods are returned at your own cost and risk.
Desktops are non-returnable and non-refundable due to bespoke nature.
Returns will not be refunded if the product is received damaged or the product is not returned to our office address.
If you have made a mistake or error in size of your desktop and find that is too big for your workspace, please get in contact with our team and we will do what we can to help resolve this
