We will, at our option, either make good by repair or the supply of a replacement, defects which, under proper use, appear in the products within the period of the manufacturer’s guarantee after the products have been delivered, provided that:
You notify us in writing of the claimed defects immediately on their appearance; and
We are satisfied that the defects arise solely from faulty design (other than a design made, furnished or specified by you ), materials or workmanship; and
The products claimed to be defective are returned to us initially at your expense.
This warranty does not cover any problems which result from improper set up, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, abuse or force majeure such as hurricane or floods.
The repaired or replacement products will be delivered to you to the original place of delivery. In instances where we have sold the product to you, but we have not completed the installation of the product, then you are responsible for completing the repairs. This includes where you have dismantled the desk or have moved it to another location. In such cases, we will send you any spare parts which could be required, if the fault issue is reported within the warranty period.
As an alternative, we shall be, in our absolute discretion, entitled to return the price to you if you have already paid the price when the claimed defect is notified by you to us.
Next Day (HD Range) desks purchased from 27th April 2020 come with a 7 year warranty (Excluding the HD1-S Desk). All HD desks purchased prior to this date have a 5 year warranty.
The warranty is non-transferable from the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required.
